Because it’s handmade for you, items require 4-9 business days* before they are shipped. Orders placed before midnight will be included in the following day’s batch for manufacturing. Shipping costs are included in the price.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to an address that collects and destroys these orders. This means that any undelivered order can not be returned or reshipped.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be destroyed. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are destroyed and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
