Terms of Service: Art commissions

Hello, Nade here, with a separate TOS for my commissions. It seemed like it would be annoying if I made my regular TOS even longer, so I'm posting this one separately. On my blog, yes. Look, it's a convenient place.

Please be sure to read this, and thank you for considering my work!

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service.

General:

Provide visual references when commissioning me.
Commissions with ill intent will be declined.

Timeline:

I aim to finish a commission within 2 months. If there are personal reasons for your commission to take longer, such as health, family issues, etcetera, I will notify you as soon as the issue comes up.

Copyright / Usage policy

I hold the right to every produced drawing - which means I will be allowed to post the artwork where I want, and use it for my personal promotion.

Commissioners are allowed to:

- Use the artwork for personal use.
(e.g. use as a wallpaper or print)
- Use the art for personal promotion, with credit given to the artist.
(e.g. use as an icon or banner)

Commissioners are not allowed to:

- Use the artwork commercially. 
(anything that makes money off of it)
- Remove signatures.
- Alter the artwork without my consent.

Canceling / Refund Policy:

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
After I've started working on an order, or two weeks have passed since payment, you no longer have rights to request a refund.
